As they put it
“Quiet elegance done properly. Nothing announces itself, and every detail just works.”
“Staff who foresee needs without hovering. Each touch felt arranged for me alone.”
“Flawless from the driveway to evening turndown. I never had to lift a finger all week.”
Experiences shaped around you
From early swims to after-midnight gaming, every hour here is planned, rehearsed and polished over the years.
Culinary Pleasures
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not invent seasonal dishes — they let the season write itself onto the plate, every morning, in pencil.
DISCOVER MORE →Live Performances
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The pianist on Thursday has been with us for years. Some guests travel here solely to hear him.
DISCOVER MORE →Five-Star Facilities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, an indoor and outdoor pool, a private beach club, and a service ratio of nearly two staff to every guest. Your suite is not merely a room. It is a small kingdom with a doorbell.
DISCOVER MORE →VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no observers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts organise transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, yet a single weekend stay is often enough to earn one.

When we opened in 1995 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one rule: guests are not units of revenue, they are people we have invited home. 31 years later we have 160 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that rule has not shifted an inch.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. Across 31 years we have chosen one path and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct about what good looks like. That is not something a building can produce alone. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so that the next 31 years improve on the last.
